The Feldenkrais method, aims at learning and enjoying the natural movement of the body through reducing efforts, 

according to the teachings and mindset of Moshe Feldenkrais and my teacher Dr. Eilat Almagor.
Movement lessons (group and private) based on a person's normal movement development.

The classes are performed lying down and/or sitting and aim to relearn natural movement and awareness through it.
The movement sequences are learned and performed slowly, with reduced effort and rest as part of the lesson. 
Each lesson deals with functional human movement patterns. The layers of attention allow a renewed application of childlike movement in an adult body.
